Casa IJburg, defined in 2011 in Amsterdam by Marc Prosman Architecten Studio is quite strange for a family home. Initially, it was built on one of the six artificial artificial islands to write the District of IJburg. This rectangular Villa is to some principles "Uniformity of volumes" island. The glass facade cladding as well as one other distinctive elements, the geometrically shaped cut-outs define framed with vertical wood, the veranda and balcony. The customer's request was to achieve a wonderful airy living room, the surrounding compliments.

The main entrance is marked by a concrete frame. As you step, you explore the kitchen on the left and the living room on the right side.?Living room is based on the water with magnificent relaxing views, while the kitchen with natural light is filled. The whole House but somehow not characterized by transparency, that the client affect privacy. The wood panel "hidden exactly the private areas", bedroom, located on the first floor. Clean and simple, the IJBurg-Villa is a wonderful home for those who attempt to separate from a hectic lifestyle.?Photo courtesy of Milad Pallesh.
